maybe it has reversed a bit!!!!!! You need a better sleep hygiene
. dont ever take rest during daytime . that is the key here . always remember that. exercise during late evening and get tired.
Make a fixed time daily for sleeping and getting up.
I recommend 8 hours of sleep atleast to all in this age group.
