Am I insomniac ?

I m think I have insomnia . I go to bed at 9:00 and don t fall asleep until 12:30. Then I wake up at 3:00 and stay up for two hours then when I fall asleep I have to get up at six. I m a 12 year old girl. It s gotten so bad I fall asleep in class. Then I feel drowsy throughout the day. My parents just think I don t want to go to bed bed I can t fall asleep and it s scaring me. Please help!!!

Hi Dear
then its not insomnia. its change in your sleep cycle maybe it has reversed a bit!!!!!! You need a better sleep hygiene. dont ever take rest during daytime . that is the key here . always remember that. exercise during late evening and get tired.
Make a fixed time daily for sleeping and getting up.
I recommend 8 hours of sleep atleast to all in this age group.
