Am I infertile if I have pains but negative for pregnancy?

i recently came off the contraceptive pill to try for a baby however i am now 5 days late for my period having normal pains as if i was going to come on over the last month but now im worried as all the pregancy tests i have taken have been negative however i still havent come on and am still in pain,, may there be a problem with my fertility??

Hi ,
In some patients there is disruption in the menstrual cycles after stopping contraceptive pills.Even if you do get pregnant now, there is no need to worry.However if you do get your periods,ideally , it is best to wait for 3 months after stopping O C pills,before trying to conceive. Just give it some time. Hopefully, there is no problem with your fertility.
