Am I healthy ?

hi, i'm a 15year old girl who is 5feet tall and weighs about 122lbs. is this healthy ? i've been counting calories and increasing the amount of exercise i partake in, but what else should i do ?

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. Your BMI is within the normal range but on higher side. You must reduce your weight further. You must work out regularly, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating high calorie food like fast food and fatty food. Avoid eating large meals instead take small multiple meals. Wish you good health.

Yes, you are a normal weight you may just need to tone some fat in certain area but you have like a many pounds from being overweighted.
