Always tired, not motivated for anything. Reasons ?

I am always tired even having 12 hours sleep and never have no motivation to do anything at all! I don't have a great diet as I do eat out a lot and I don't exercise regularly. I am only 21 years old and I use to be a fit, healthy young girl but in these last 12 months everything has just gone down hill and cant seem to pick myself up from it again.

Hi ! Possibly you are going through some kind of anxiety/depression due to either known/unknown cause. However, you have to get your thyroid profile done on consultation with your doctor. Also, your doctor may consider referring you to a Psychiatric consultant. In that case do not hesitate to consult one. Good luck.
