Alcohol addiction, 20-25 drinks in a week, prescription for medication to prevent abuse of alcohol

I ve have been a long time functioning alcoholic. It s getting worse and I know it isn t going to get any better. I am 36. I drink approximately 20-50 drinks per week. I know I need to stop but I do not want to go to AA. I am familiar with the program. My father was in the program for some time and has been sober for 22 years. I need a prescription for anabuse but can not afford a doctor s consultation at the moment. I have no health insurance. I know that an evaluation is generally needed before a doctor prescribes it but I was hoping to avoid that. How do I get this prescription? And, would an online pharmacy be a good option? If so, can you recommend one. Thanks.

for alcoholic dependence- you will need -self help or mutual help- in alcohol you will loose money as well as health,it will increase your stress or tension, your family will be disturbed,better to leave alcohol ,need motivation ,community reinforcement, keep your self busy-spend time in god wership(pooja) ,charity,public welfare activity,psychological-facilitate problem solving -find out solution of problem by discussion ,by family member help ,controlling drinking-per day use 1/2 glass of alcohol- it will increase your appetite or,work as carminative, in excess of alcohol cause so many diseases- gastric ulcer & cancer,pancreatitis, pancreas cancer, liver- cirrhosis,etc., in pharmocotherapy- disulfirm,naltrexone,acanproste used, disulfirim -it prevent brekdowen of dopamine,side effect-drowsiness,headche,metallic or garlic taste, if taken along with alcohol- cause alcohol like reaction, dose of disulfirim 1 gm- 1st day,.75gm.-2 day,.5gm-3day,.25gm subsequently, hope my advice is useful to you, thank you
