After How Much Time Should Plan For Next Pregnancy Post Abortion ?
I got my abortion done due to fetus didn t had heart beat on 10 th week. Now when should i plan for pregnancy and what are the precautions i should take. Thanks in advance.

as uterus need time to heal after abortion
dont worry as chance of pregnancy after such abortion are good
u should avoid heavy work and take care of ur body .

It is very unfortunate that you had an abortion.
It is preferable that you plan your next pregnancy at least after 3 months. You have not mentioned your age. If you are over 30 Yrs. then better to try for pregnancy as early as possible but if you are in you early twenties, you may delay the next pregnancy even for 6 to 8 months.
You need not take any precaution in particular. Try to avoid medicines in the early period of pregnancy, eat lots of fresh green vegetables, drink lots of water, have food rich in protein.
