After How Many Hours Should The Second Dosage Of Clexane To Be Taken?
Hi, I take 60mg of clexane twice a day. Last night I was 2-3 hours late as I was out and forgot to take a needle with me. I normally take them at 0800 and 2000, so lady nights was at 22:30 approximately. Should I take this mornings at 0800 or but later? Thanks.

Dear enoxaparine duration of action is 8-12hours so you have to take it twice a day.
You can take it between 8am -9am no problem. I think you know it's side effects. If you observe any allergy or bleeding you can consult your doctor immediately.
