After An Early Menopause Can One Undergo Menopause Again After Middle Age?

I went through menopause early age 27 - 30. They ran blood work & did a laparoscopy and determined I was indeed post menopausal at 30. During surgery they could only find one ovary & it was very small. I did not have any periods after I was 29. I am now 61 and seem to be going through this again is this possible?

HI
Well come to HCM
This was not the menopause but could be the condition related to low hormone level and this could be considered as normal one if you had a one ovary only, and right now this could be a functional conditions, take care.
