Advise On The Sonography Report
Hello,
I wanted to know about my sonography report which says:
Uterus is AVAF bulky in size measuring 83*63*56mm size. Multiple heterogenous SOL noted at anterior, posterior & fundal myometrium larger measuring 32*24mm, 20*19mm and 34*37 mm.
What are my chances of pregnancy?

According to the reports you have enlarged uterus with multiple fibroids in the the uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus.If there is any complication related to fibroid like recurrent abortion,excessive bleeding etc then myomectomy can be done.
You should consult your gynecologist.
