Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you are using more of spicy foods, otherwise it may be due to enhanced gastric motility, or food poisoning, means infection. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ,Ranitidine, domperidone, and loperamide, when ever necessary. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
