Addicted to masturbation, unable to control sexual urges. Will this affect my marital life in future?

Hi there please i m looking forward to have a wife because i can t control my desire no more, i admit that i am masturbating and that s the problem , i m afraid that this will cause me some effects and problems in the future please i m asking you to tell me if there is any bad effects of this in the future , when i have a wife for example. thank you

Masturbation is a physiological need of men in this age group.
It is controlled by hormones.
it will not harm you or your future sexual life.
It will not differ the quality of sex.
Normal married couple enjoy 2-3 intercourse in a day or week in initial years.
However remember that excess is always poison.
Change your attention by Yoga ,Meditation to reduce its frequency.
