Acute Nausea Only While Speaking. Worse After Masturbation. Stomach Upset, Headache, Constipation. Reason?

I am facing acute nausea only while speaking or talking to someone. My throat remains irritated all the time because of this. And i feel very embarassed because of nausea caused while speaking with someone at work etc. Problem of nausea while speaking is more after masturbation. Even my stomach is upset and backside of head feels pain. Masturbation always results into constipation . After few days of masturbation my stool becomes proper and i feel less nauseated. But still while talking suddently nausea comes. Need help facing this problem since 5-6 months

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you have got some Anxiety neurosis and feeling some irrelevant thinking.
There is no relation of masturbation with nausea or constipation.
Change your thinking pattern.
Forget that you will feel nausea while talking.
Develop self confidence and make your mind that you wont have nauseating feeling while talking to others.
Temporarily you may take tablet Omiprazole and anti emetic like Domstal as and when required.
