Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Go for antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines.

Apply antibiotic and analgesic cream locally.

Avoid constipation and see that your stool should always semi solid as hard stool interferes with healing of fissure.

Take liquid Crimaffin 1 table spoonful at night.

I do not think surgery may require.

There is one condition called Fistula in ano where surgery is needed so rule out Fistula in ano.

Avoid fried,chillies and junk food.

Take plenty of water and take buttermilk and curd.

Ok and bye.
