Acne, Scars. Benzoyl Peroxide Creams Tried. Solution?

Hi .I am 25,female. From one and half year I am getting pimples regularly.I used to have a clear skin before but I always have the problem of acne and later stage the scars that formed. It takes long time for my scars to get reduced.I stay in cold places and my room heater is always on. I tried different benzoyl peroxide creams. I want any solution which can keep my face clear as earlier. Please suggest.

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
For your active pimples, you could use a gel containing clindamycin or azithromycin in the morning and continue to use benzoyl peroxide gel at night.
For the marks, you could try lightening creams containing Kojic acid, Arbutin, mulberry extracts. Glycolic peels also help.
Drink plenty of water and fresh juices. Avoid fried foods. Do not use thick creams or creamy face washes. Use a gel based moisturiser and face washes.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
