Welcome to healthcare magic.
Dermadew caloe has calamine and moisturizers. This would not cure your face of pimples. Kindly consult a dermatologist for proper medical treatment of acne. Avoid milk, cheese, butter, chocolates, milk sweets, french fries, aerated sugary drinks like pepsi, mirinda etc, anything which releases sugar fast. Fish is good, but not fried. Carrots, pumpkin and fruits rich in vitamin A and C are good.
Hope this helped
Take care.
