Acne Around Waistline, Hip. Sign Of Diabetes?

Dear Dr P V S Prasad Good day to you I have sort of acnes around my wasit line and on my hips. I am 46 years old and since age of 12,have been suffering from `acne`. However, I trust that this is not a conventional acne problem hence I have not got such acne problem at my waist line and hips even the imes when the problem was severe. I must admit I am quite fat: 1,74cm and weigh 97,5 kg. Would I consider the fact these acnes at those areas is the sign of `Diabetes`
