Acidity, Back Pain And Chest Pain. Took PAN D And Dert Pain Killer. What Is The Cure?
hi my self suptendu, yesterday i have acidity and gas problem and due to that i have severe back and chest pain.
i had taken PAN D one and dert pain killer. But i am getting any re leaf from pain again i have take medicine omage in the evening and one after dinner. in the morning i had no pain.
in the morning i had PAN 40 in empty stomachs but now i am facing same pain and i am not able to proper breathing because it is painfull pls suggest me any medicine.

Most likely it is due to severe acidity and indigestion.
It usually occurs after stress,anxiety,oily,spicy food,disturbed sleep and diet pattern.
You have to take rebeprazole or pentoprazole with domperidone.
So you can continue pan-d empty stomach at least twice a day.
Antacid gel will be helpful.
Start enzyme preparation to improve the digestion.
Take simple high fiber diet.Avoid red and green chilly in your diet.
Make regular pattern in diet.
Avoid any stress,anxiety and take proper sound sleep.
Injection ranitidine is advisable during severe episode.
If it is recurrent then go for h.pylori investigation and start treatment under guidance of your physician.
