Achy Left Thigh Legs, Numbness In Arms. Normal MRI. Any Ideas?

I have achy left thigh legs feel like they are being strangled, and shin bone on left hurts mri showed no spine damage its been going on for about 3 months no swelling just achy pian usually lower calfs feel like they are being squeezed. numbness and numbness in harms and had my doc said the 2 are not related

Hi, it appears that is happening due to accumulation of the lactic acid, due to the over exertion, etc. it also may be due to the arthritis of the joints above and below the joints.
