Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Recurrent abscess indicates that either the treatment is not adequate or there lies some predisposing causes like Diabetes Mallitus or some immuno-suppression due to drugs or disease. Adequate doses of antibiotics not less than 7-10 days may be essential to total eradication of the recurrence. Diabetes has to be ruled out. I would like to know your age. It may have some relevance.
Get well soon.
