Accident Marks On Leg. Will Laser Treatment Work?

Sir,i am having many marks on my leg. These marks are all childhood accident marks occurred during playing sessions and some of them are due to contact with bike .Being a girl,these are very disgracing for me. Is there any laser treatment available which could remove all these ugly scars or any other treatment.Please advice.

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
I can understand your stress regarding your scars on the legs. There are two treatments available one by application of certain creams and the other by certain procedures.
Among medicines are creams containing certain biochemicals which are useful in different types of scars. these crams in long term application provide you some visible result or good results according to depth and type of scars.
Now regarding procedures- there are options available from chemical peels to polishing of skin ( called microderma-abrasion) and lasers for the improvement of scars.
Especially regarding lasers- Fraxel laser is one which gives best results in different scars. But over all it needs very good consultation with either a plastic surgeon or Cosmetic dermatologist to provide you best regimen for your kind of scars.
