Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
apply massage oil with lemongrass, peppermint and clarysage at night and also keep your feet higher than body to avoid swelling. apply same oil after bath in morning and then just tighten you ankle count till 10 and releaase...repeat couple of times and every hourly.
massage oil will enhance blood circulation and exercise will enhance the healing process. then you can meet your physical therapist for further exercise guidlines accordingly. thank you and all the best for physical interview
