Abscess On Skin. Taking Antibiotics. Treatment For Growing Hard Lump On Skin?

I had an abcess I went to the hospital and the doctor said to leave it alone that it would rupture by itself. Which it did. I was also given antibiotics which I finished taking. It s been 7 months and now there s a hardball still left behind and seems I little bigger than originally. There is no pain. What should i do to remove this? My email is YYYY@YYYY

It could be antibioma- organized hardened abscess After using antibiotic for abscess not adequately drained. If its still persisting its preferable to surgically excise it.
Take care
