Hi I am in the uk- had an abnormal smear ( cant remember the stage) had a colposcopy and then lletz procedure. all smears afterwards normal. had my daughter 2 years ago and smear post birth normal. Had just had the progesterone coil removed recently which was put in after my daughters birth. My most recent smear has come back abnormal and I am being invited for a colposcopy. Is it common for an abnormal smear to happen after having a lletz procedure??
