Abnormal Lump In Arm Pit For 2-3 Months

hi, i have noticed an arm pit non tender soft swelling,which is there now from 2-3 months. as am bit fat i thought it is extra fat, but there is nothing on left. i had koch s disease 1.5 years back. i dont eat much but my weight also seems to be increased , not at a faster rate but gradually.

The lump you experienced is most likely a swollen lymph node. It might be due to flaring up of koch's disease again.A fine needle biopsy of the lump is needed to reach the exact diagnosis after which treatment can be suggested.
