Abnormal Bleeding, Abdominal Pain, Painful Intercourse. Have Ovarian Cysts. Taking Nexplanon

I have been bleeding since January and my abdomen hurts to press on, intercourse is painful, I always feel like there is pressure down there and sometimes I will feel like my vagina is going to fall out (if that makes sense I feel tired all the time, I sometimes black out and within the last month my vagina has started smelling like rotten meat not fish and I m not worried about stds because I have been in a committed relationship for over 2 years and know for sure there is no cheating going on at all. I have been to a doctor and I have cysts on my ovaries if that helps any and I have had them for over 3 years. I have had 1 child but that was August 2012 and I only bled 3 weeks. I have went to doctors a few months ago but either they won t check me out or they tell me I am perfectly fine. I went and got Nexplanon on August 1st and the doctor told me my bleeding should stop and my pain should stop in 3 weeks and if not I need to go to the doctor but I want to see if anyone has had these symptoms and can give me an idea before I go. The only 2 things I have been told by a nurse were endometriosis or cervical cancer .
