Hello!
Thank you for the query.
It is impossible to diagnose
chronic gastritis with an ultrasound. It can be only suspected.
In case of
stomach inflammation (chronic gastritis) or other
stomach disease (peptic ulcer or even stomach cancer) you should have upper
abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite. Burping can be a symptom of stomach issues.
Burping can be also caused by increased air swallowing due to loose dentures, eating too fast, chewing gum, drinking carbonated drinks.
Your SGTP level is only slightly elevated. This can be caused by bad diet (fatty foods), alcohol intake, fatty liver. I suggest you to change your diet (avoid fatty foods, alcohol, spicy foods, fried foods, medicines like pain killers) and have your liver tests repeated in a month or so.
Stomach should be verified with gastroscopy. This is the best way to diagnose chronic gastritis.
Your pimples can be cause by your diet as well, or by many other reasons. You should visit
dermatologist for proper diagnostics and treatment.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
