Elevation of transaminase levels requires investigation
1. Alcohol if you are taking then please avoid it
2.Other common and treatable causes like Hepatitis B
and C virus, Serum ceruloplasmin
for wilson disease especially if you are young, ANA and SMA for autoimmune disease
3. Lipid profile
abdomen to see for liver echotexture, portal vein diameter, and size of spleen
What is stomach infection? Please mention your symptoms and not conclusion or interpretation. However if you mean by upper abdominal discomfort
(dyspepsia) then take a proton pump
inhibitor like rabeprazole
