Abdominal Pain With Bloating, Diarrhea And Vomiting. Flu Or Gastroenteritis?

My stomach pain started with bloating , diarrhea , and gas almost all day yesterday. I woke up this morning at 2 and vomited every hour consistently until about 12 pm. I have stopped vomiting but I still have bloating and diarrhea and I can t get comfortable in any position. Is it the flu or gastroenteritis? (I ve had that before) I believe I am running a slight fever that s been on and off all day

Hi,
All the symptoms are related to acute gastroenteritis as you are having diarrhea with vommiting and fever. Go to the nearest hospital and have fluids Intravenously and tests such as Blood CP for raised White blood cells that is in infection and Stool R/E and Stool C/S for type of antibiotic sensitive to that.
Yoy need plenty of fluids if you are having diarrhea and if you are having vommiting now with diarrhea have plenty of Intravenous fluids and appropriate antibiotics and antipyretics for fever.
