Hi doctor, I seem to have this left abdominal pain that just refuses to go away. I also have a vaginal discharge, its white and yellowish against toilet paper. I have been to a doctor twice, ehich they checked for STI's and all. Its been more than 2 months now with the apin. I took and finished the medication, and have not been sexually active ever since but the pain is still very severe. Help

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Have you been tested for chlamydia.

Chlamydia is known for chronicity and pain.

Also bleeding is a commonly associated with chlamydia.

detecting it is very difficult with normal tests.

You might need a prolonged treatment.

Cultre and sensitivity testing will be a good option.

Get discharge tested,

Take appropiate antibiotics.

Let me know you have any other doubts.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
