Abdominal Pain, Tender Breasts, Tiredness, Cravings. Oral Sex. Possibility Of Pregnancy?

Exactly one month ago for the 1st time, I did fingering to my girlfriend, she was wet at her vagina and then I touched my dry penis over her vagina but did not insert and this happened just 1 day after her periods. After 7 days she told she's wetting so she expected to have periods within another 15days but she did not have periods. exactly after 20 days, I fingered her again and white thing came out of my penis, I wiped out and continue to finger her. My girl got her periods after another week i.e exactly 1 month 2 days after her previous periods, she said periods appeared only for 2 days and periods have delayed for 4 days from her normal cycle. she feels tired, she had abdominal cramp in the morning but she got her periods in the afternoon, her breasts are swollen and tender, she's eating more. We are worried that she might be pregnant. Can you guide us if there are chances to get pregnant ? If she's pregnant, there are any natural methods for abortion?

The possibility of pregnancy is less in your case.
Because:
There was no ejaculation.
She got her periods on expected time.

Four to five days delay in periods can be taken as normal only and no need to worry about it.
Her symptoms can be seen in normal menstrual cycle also due to hormonal influence.
If you want you once go for urine pregnancy test, that will clarify the doubts.
