Hello and welcome to HCM
You have mentioned that you have alump on left side of the abdomen.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen done to know the site and origin of this lump.
It can arise from various organs present beneath left side of the abdomen.
It could be an ovarian lump, kidney lump, lump arising from intestine, bony limp, a soft tissue mass.
An ultrasound and/or CT scan is indicated.
If the lump is palpable then fine needle aspiration cytology needs to be done.
The type of lump can be made out be seeing the character of the cells aspirated on FNAC.

Regarding your symptoms of numbness on left side of the body, pain and inability to hold urine; it seems that there is some kind of compression of the nerves.
This compression could be due to the mass peresent on the left side of the abdomen.

Consult your doctor at the earleat for investigation and correct management.

Thanks and take care
