Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are having your symptoms due to increase in acidity and gas production in your stomach.

You can take antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 10 mg.
You can also take digestive enzyme preparation tcontaining pepsin and fungal diastase twice daily after meals.

You should also some precautions like :-
1. Avoid spicy/oily foods.
2. Do not miss a meal.
3. Avoid smoking/alcohol, if any.
4. Avoid emotional/mental stress.
5. Do not talk while eating.
6. Avoid eating fast.
7. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, lentils, cabbage, etc.
8. Drink lots of pure water daily.

If you are having loose stools, you can take antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily along with antiamoebic like metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined and investigated clinically.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, it appears to be the hyperacidity, due to the spicy food, or peptic ulcer, or may be allergic to the foods like milk and milk products, gluten containing foods like wheat, and barley.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. thank you.
