Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Weakness. Any Ideas?
do you have any idea what might cause me to have abdominal pain, then really bad diarrhea and then feel like I am going to faint and would if I didn't get to the bed where I can lay down. After it passes then I am week for a while.

I suggest you to get a stool routine examination done to look for parasite and their ova or cyst.
