hi, i have frequent abdominal pain, diarrhea, also realised that around the vagina and anus my skin have white dry skin and now my vulva have now shrinked. again, my thigh and leg muscles are sometimes painful which leads to a red bumps that leaves dark spot that does go away. i have been given antbiotics they are not doing any difference

Hello.Persistent diarrhea can cause skin problems around the vagina and anus.
Hydrocortisone cream twice a day is widely used in the treatment of this condition.Vaginal atrophy occurs in postmenopausal women and in women suffering pathologies as vulvar lichen sclerosus.Please go to your physician for examination and for prescription.I wish you good health.
