Hello,
Thanks for your query,
You are 25/F having pain in the right side of the lower abdomen. You took ultrasound scan. The result was the uterus is normal. The right ovary is relatively enlarged showing increased vascularity and acutely inflamed. 4 yrs back you were having an ovarian cyst which disappeared next yr. You say that you found fibro adenosis of breast. How do you confirm it? Your periods colour is dark and very thick
You have 2 diagnoses:
1)     Enlarged inflamed ovary (R)
2)     Fibroadenosis
Enlarged inflamed ovary (R): May be Functional Cysts (pre menstrual), Endometriosis or Poly Cystic Ovary..
Fibroadenosis is supposed to be due to the influence of sex hormones
A complete investigation of thyroid and ovary hormones is a must,
to rule out the connection between the both conditions.
The treatment is somewhat different however. Treatment is treating the cause.
Your Ovarian enlargement needs treatment like Antibiotic, pain reliever, insulin resistance reducing agents like Tab Metformin and hormones if they are lacking and a balanced diet.
Regarding Fibroadenosis, if your menstrual cycle becomes regular it may disappear on its own. But you need a frequent assessment by a Dr. and mammogram if indicated
Regarding the dark brown discharge - can be taken as normal or a gynecological examination is needed.
I hope you understand
Best wishes

hello and welcome to healthcaremagic forum !

you are having inflammation of the right ovary,it is pelvic inflammatory disorder which is caused by some bacteria like chlamydia which move from the cervix to the fallopian tubes and then to the ovaries. You can get treated with homeopathy compeletely and without side effects, kindly go to a homoepath who will assess your case and give you the right treatment.

wishing you quick recovery!
