Hi..Danielle..., you need to be clinically examined, evaluated and
necessary investigation must be done to find the cause...
only then can be treated.. consult a surgeon...

Dear Danielle, You've not mentioned your age, Anyways problem you're telling is need an urgent evaluation, Most common cause may be Ulceration (Diagnosed by Endoscopy). Pain is usually HeartBurn type, Nausea vomiting may present, Dyspepsia is present. Bleeding is usually dark to coffee colored . Bleeding may cause Anaemia which usually causes weakness numbness etc, Tramadol itself can cause Numbness as side effect. My point of view is have Endoscopy, Blood tests including HB, Tramadol is only for symptomatic relief. You may ask with details. Treatment point wise
1) Abstain from alcohol or tobacco (if any)
2) Drink Plenty of water
3) some Antacid
Most important is to be Diagnosed first
Thanks

Regards
