Abdominal Distension, Pelvic Pain, Diarrhea, Constipation, Frequent Urination, Tingling Pain In Body. Colonoscopy, Endoscopy Normal. Reason?

I have had severe abdominal distension (for over 9 months) along with pelvic pain, alternating diarreah and constipation. In the last 4 months, I have also noticed frequent urination (19 times in one day - I kept track), a constant dull pain under my right rib cage, and all-over body tingling pain sensations. I have had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy both appeared normal. They are now sending me to a gynaecologist. What are they suspecting?
