Abdominal cramps, lower back pain, irregular periods, tubes tied. Treatment?

having abdominal cramping..lower back pain ..if i had to describe it i would say feels like a contrcation and comes in waves..i am 48 period comes ang goes been irregular for about a year now and tubes are tied..
