Abdominal And Pelvic Pains In The Ovaries. Blood Test And X-ray Reports Normal. Have Spotting

Hi i have not seen my period since january.... I been having lots of abdominal and pelvic pains and sharp pains in my ovaries. The doctor run blood, urine n xray check and they can back that am fine. Just yesterday i wipe my genital and i saw bright red blood and it was a little slimy.. I was excited because i thought it menses but it still like this today please help
