Dear
welcome to healthcaremagic
Actually Asava/Aristha/Ras are not recommended generally in case of Pregnancy women. We can just give herbal preparation without mineralo and without fermentation by products
Take care

Combination of 1. Saptmrut Lauh 250mg + 2. Kamdudha Ras 250 mg + 3. Prawal Pisti 250 mg is more effective in Pregnancy twice a day with honey empty stomach. This is because it will cover your acidity(hot flushes), deficiency of iron and calcium and gastric problems.
Chandanamrut Syrup 15 ml twice a day also can be taken.

Hot flushes might be a symptom of a problem with her pituitary gland, harmonal disturbance, gastric problem and hyper-acidity. Some ayurvedic medicines are here that may effect such problems :

Ashwagandhadi Churna (combination of ashwaganda+shatavari+vidarikand) 3gms twice daily.

Capsule Blossom (Iron+Calcium Prepration) (Unjha)1 cap twice daily.

Arogya Vardhini Vati 2 tab twice daily.

Lifestyle changes may help alleviate hot flashes. These include avoiding caffeine, hot drinks, chocolate, spicy or hot foods and alcohol.

Thanks.
