A week-long spell of viral fever. Is their any fastest way to become normal ?

I have just started recuperating from a week-long spell of viral fever which has greatly weakened me prevents me from carrying out normal work, which affects my schedules seriously, besides giving me a cadaverous emaciated look people stare at in disbelief! Please advise me the fastest way to become normal, as all my programs have got delayed.

Weakness and fatiguability is a common phenomena following a viral illness. It occurs due to reduce nutrition and hydration during the illness.
The best way to get over it, is by rest, good nutrition containing plenty of vegetables and fruits and increased fluid consumption. Multivitamin pills can provide additional benefits and hence can be used.

Hi, i suggest 1 glass of fresh apple juice daily with 2 cloves n 1 tsp of kalonji (kaarvi or nigella seeds) powder.add sugar to taste.
