9 Year Old, Loss Of Appetite Due To Summer Heat, Loose Motion. Vomiting, Urine Dark Yellow In Color. Suggestions?

Hi, my son is 9. Due to the summer heat there has been a drastic drop in his appetite. He swims and plays in the sun in pune india. 2 days back he had a loose motion and then he vomitted in the night....He was fine all through yesterday and today however was not eating much.mostlybfluids were administered.he seemed fine today until night where he passed 3 loose motions and vomitting at night. He is urinating less a d dark yellow in color. Please advise

Hi
thanks for your query at HCM
put salinase nasal drops in nostrils
generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how much urine he is passing
