9 Year Old Boy With Intermittent Low-grade Fever And ADHD

9 year old boy with intermittent low-grade fever . he has ADHD and takes meds for that. his mother has lupus, took meds during pregnancy and still does. Any ideas? He does NOT have cough!

thanks for choosing health care magic.Intermittent fever needs investigation.Please see your doctor and he will advise set of investigation for coming to diagnosis.Keep a temperature chart,give him light diet,plenty of liquids thorough the day.there are many possibilities so difficult comment only from this.
