Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The risk of surgery is high at this age.
Also it is compounded by several other factors like the severity of the leak, the function of the ventricle, the status of her coronaries, associated morbidity and so on.
It is nowadays possible, in some cases, to do aortic valve replacement by catheter...
Discuss with your doctor

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
