83 Year Old Suffering From Severe Headache, Nausea, Tiredness And Loss Of Body Balance. Normal Blood Pressure, ECG. Any Opinion?

My grand father is 83 years old.His sugar level is normal,hemoglobin 11.5,pressure is 140/70,ecg normal.But he is suffering from severe head ache(extremely during noon hours),nausea,vomiting tendency,loss of appetite,tiredness, depression,loss of body balance.We have consulted two neurologists and an ent specialized doctor,took ct scan,blood check.etc,But they was not able to get into a conclusion.Please Help as soon as possible.

your grand father is 83 yrs old and at this age it is merely a degenerative process for a body to go through all the above symptoms. as for his reports are all normal.. sometimes because of heat these symptoms can occur or merely he wants to spend some time with family... at this age they become like a child...just take care of him spend some time
