8 Weeks Pregnant, Extremely Fatigued, Constant Headache And Nausea. Normal Symptoms?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and am extremely fatigued all the time. Can barely get out if bed all day and sleep all the time. It s my third pregnancy my children are 22 years and 14 years. Normal pregnancy and delivery with both. Am 41 years old and cannot recall this extreme level of fatigue and constant headache and nausea . Is this normal?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Some amount of fatigue is common in pregnancy.
But as you are having severe problem better to look into following things:
-In case of hyperemesis gravidarum extreme fatigue etc. are possible. So if you are having excessive vomitings etc. take sufficient fluid replacement.
-Check for your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
-Undergo thyroid profile once to rule out any abnormal values.
With this primary workup, possibly the cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
