8 Months Old And Suffered A Brain Bleed That Did Not Progress & The Lump On His Head Still There After 3 Years

my son is 3 1/2. He fell on his head at 8 months old and suffered a brain bleed that did not progress. He still has the lump on his head. Could this be an issue and why hasn t the lump gone away ?

It is possible that he has a soft tissue mass secondary to injury externally.It is better to get it evaluated though he does not have any complaints.
