8 Month Old Child, Fell From Bed, Swelling On Right Thigh, Turned Into Lump, Pain On Pressing. Treatment?

Hi doc., my baby fall from bed when he was 8 months old. Now he is 11 months old. I observed swelling on his right thigh after his fall. Few days later it turned into a lump. Now as baby has started waking we dont see any problem while he walks. But when we press it, it pains as baby cries. what should we do? Pls. suggest.
