74 Years Old, Red Blotches On Arms, Dry Skin On Arms, Legs. Treatment?

I am a 74 year old female.all my life I have had great skin.still do on my face (not just my opinion) The last year I have a lot of varying red blotches on my arms. some seem to just appear and others when I have the slightest trauma or bump. My skin on the arm &n leg area is very dry. The face great.

Hi,

It seems that you are having ecchymosis.

You should under go various blood tests to rule out blood diseases.

If they found to be normal, the consider the blotches as senile purpura.

It may be due to fragile capillaries.

Take vitamin C and K.

Apply thrombophob oint.

Moisturising agent like liquid parrafin or urea may be appalled on dry skin.

Avoid injuries.
