Hello and welcome to HCM,

Premature graying of hair is caused by nutritional deficiencies and/ or genetic factors.
A good balanced diet particularly rich in proteins should be given to the child.
The health of hair depends on the health of the hair root.
Proteins are responsible for pigmentation and growth of the hair.
Continue the nutritional supplements but do not ignore a good diet.
Avoid using harsh chemicals in the form of harsh shampoos on hair.

Graying of hair is also dependent on genetic factors.
In that case it is not possible to stop the graying.
However, you can manage it with various good quality hair colors in the market.

Thanks and take care.
